Saturday morning

Minor and Brad came back for an early mor5ning trip so we left early to see if the bass and blues were available to play. They were and we did. It started with blues until Brad pulled in a nice bass that was 1/2 inch short of lunch. After a few more fish we headed over to the albie fleet. My patience gene wasn’t working so we left on our own search. We spotted a pod and moved in. When they came up again Minor put a cast on them and we had our first of the day. A short time later we saw some bass pushing bait on the rocks  and  when minor threw a fly at them he hooked an albie. A little bit later he turned another bass into an albie. That was fun because we were all by ourselves. Sometimes you just have to break away from the pack.
